PV Legal is a modern law firm providing legal advice in all areas of law in Slovak, English and German since 2022. We provide legal services to individuals, natural persons – entrepreneurs and legal entities on a professional level, comprehensively and efficiently. In providing legal services, we adapt to the needs of our clients and can cover a wider range of services, as we cooperate with experts from other fields, e.g. auctioneers, accountants, tax advisors, security technicians, etc.

Mgr. Petra Veliká, Attorney at Law

 

Mgr. Petra Veliká graduated in 2017 from the Faculty of Law of Comenius University in Bratislava. From 2017 to 2021 she worked as an associate at iTRUST Legal, s.r.o. In 2022 she passed the bar exam and currently works as an associate at iTRUST Legal, s.r.o. In December 2021 she passed the trustee exam and is currently registered in the list of trustees maintained by the Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic for the Žilina Region. Mgr. Petra Veliká focuses on civil law, commercial law, corporate law, insolvency law, representation of clients in court, real estate law and labour law.

 

Mgr. Peter Veliký, LL.M., legal expert

 

Mgr. Peter Veliký, LL.M. graduated in 2017 from the Faculty of Law of Comenius University in Bratislava. He subsequently extended his education by studying at the EDU Effective Business School, which he successfully completed in 2022, when he was awarded the LL.M. degree. Mgr. Peter Veliký, LL.M. holds several certificates and licenses closely related to his specialization.

 

He gained his legal knowledge in leading local and international law firms, as well as in multinational corporations. His practice is primarily focused on civil law, commercial law, GDPR, energy, public procurement and employment law.
